"Activate Fitness and Wellness is Freaking Amazing. Three months ago, I wanted to improve my health and get in better shape. I saw a Facebook ad highlighting a fitness trainer with a nursing background. As a nurse myself, I wanted to check it out. Brady has been phenomenal and has pushed me hard in these past three months to a place of better health. The first improvement I noticed was that I could climb a flight of stairs without being winded, and I wanted to change my diet (Yeap, that was a big one for me!) The best results I've noticed showed up while getting fitted for a new suit: my chest and thighs have gained an inch, and my waist has decreased. Nothing compares to how I feel, though.
